Title: Cannot open port 6260 Post by: cornelle on January 23, 2010, 01:36 I am running windows xp, firewall on with port 6260 open. I have a dlink 604 router and I have opened up the 6260 port to both TCP and UDP. Mule says the port is not open. Any suggestions? I'm at a loss.
Title: Re: Cannot open port 6260 Post by: Mega Byte on February 13, 2010, 06:15 You may need to set up both Port Forwarding and Port masking on some routers. I don't know that one, but have a look at the settings, and see if there is a place to establish both.

Title: Re: Cannot open port 6260 Post by: Mega Byte on February 14, 2010, 17:02 Well, this can be a little tricky. In likelihood its not forward to the wrong IP, but from the wrong IP. Ensure you are translating from you private IP to a public one. I recommend setting your personal PC to a static IP address instead of DHCP IP, so that it doesn't change every time you have a PC restart, and something else grabs your old IP.
