If you are at all concerned about your hypothetical situation coming to life than I envy your problem-free existence. I stay up worrying about taxes, how I'm going to pay my staff, and the mortgage a lot but to actually have time to worry about G-Men coming to my door because of a joke someone made in an obscure game on the internet is a luxury I can only imagine.
Just a suggestion but instead of worrying about ridiculous scenarios you could spend that time developing a sense of humor or just a more relaxed attitude towards life in general. Also, I would love to listen in to that conversation with your lawyer where you explain you want a company shut down because someone called you a name online. An easier solution to this, also completely ridiculous concern, would be to not play with players whose company you do not enjoy. Thanks for your time.
